Parker Daedal
Parker Daedal offers ballscrew, leadscrew, liear motor, and belt driven positioning systems. Their stages range from micro positioners with 1" square profiles to cross roller bearing stages capable of positioning 1000+lb loads to microns. The flexibilty within their product lines allow for easy XYZ integtration of screw and linear motor based stages.
Parker Bayside
Parker Bayside produces ballscrew and linear motor based positioning stages. Ballscrew stage options include integrated servo motors to reduce over stage length. Baysides linear cross roller bearings are available as components or in both open frame stages and micro sized positioners.
Trilogy
Trilogy offers single and dual square rail linear motor stages. THe stages are available with both ironless and iron-cire linear motors, with optical or magnetic linear feedback.
