Parker Automation ETHERNET Powerlink Products
ETHERNET Powerlink is a high-speed, digital motion-bus solution connecting a motion controller to multiple drives and I/O points using standard Ethernet networking hardware. This centralized, real-time communication system for automation and motion control makes Ethernet deterministic for real-time industrial applications. ETHERNET Powerlink systems combine the high performance of centralized motion control with the lower costs of decentralized machine architectures. System design and machine installation times are greatly reduced due to the simplified, inexpensive and readily available Ethernet cables that replace traditional, expensive analog control and feedback cables. Parkers Powerlink product line includes 2,4,6,8, and 16-axis controllers as well as servo drives with power ranges from 3-6A RMS. More Info…
Renishaw RESR Rotary Encoders
The Renishaw RESR series rotary encoders are a non-contact angle encoder. With both TTL and analog output signals resolutions range from 4096 line counts up to 86,400. Other features include:
- Graduation accuracy to ±0.5 arc second and system repeatability to 0.01 arc second
- A wide range of diameters - Ø52 mm to Ø550 mm
- Patented taper mount minimizes installation errors and simplifies integration
- 10 mm x 10 mm small cross section ring
- Low mass, low inertia design enhances dynamic performance
- One piece stainless steel ring withstands vibration, mechanical and thermal shock, and thermal overload
- For even higher acceleration and deceleration, and faster settling times, extra-low inertia 'B' section rings are also available
- The reference mark, which offers a repeatable home position, is provided by a separate magnetic actuator
- Ultra high vacuum models available
